Our editorial standard is simple: every published page should be a real article, belong to the subject of the journal and remain useful after old commercial website furniture has been removed.

Selection and relevance

We publish substantive writing about tea, recipes, ingredients and food culture. Product catalogues, checkout pages, return policies, generic landing pages and unrelated guest-post material are not part of the journal. Every visible homepage story is checked against the same rule.

Archive treatment

Archived material may contain duplicated headlines, share widgets, outdated shop links or images hosted on a former domain. Those elements are removed or localized without changing the article’s central explanation. We do not retain dead donor-domain links, and we do not present historical promotional claims as current recommendations.

Accuracy and corrections

Recipes should state usable ingredients and steps. Cultural and historical articles should distinguish broad context from precise claims. Wellbeing stories remain informational and should not replace professional advice. When a factual or formatting problem is identified, the affected article is corrected rather than hidden behind a generic disclaimer.
