Our founding principle is based on the belief that food preparation is not just like any other activity. It’s an art that must be perfected over a long period. Our founder started his pizza career by delivering pizza. He then moved to restaurants. His first job at the restaurant was washing dishes. Eventually, he started crafting pizza.
Today, our restaurant is known as the Rolls-Royce of handcrafted pizza. We use rare ingredients such as Romano, pepperoni, mozzarella, and tomato. All our ingredients are locally sourced and are grown using organic materials.
We don’t just throw gradients on the coal fire and wait for the final product. Instead, pizza preparation is a process that can take up to five days. First, we prepare the herb rub a day before cooking the pizza. Next, we marinate chicken wings in lemons and let them boil at high temperatures. After that, we begin our slow and delicate process of preparing the pizza.
Our bistro offers handcrafted pizza with special cocktails such as white peach, puree, coal-fired pizza, lemonade, and Tito’s. In addition to the handcrafted pizza, you can also enjoy things like bread crisps, marinated vegetables, cheese, and cured meat. Depending on the day, our menu will feature shelled pears and fettuccine Alfredo. Don’t forget to save some room for dessert bananas and custard.
